Where is my data stored?
All our infrastructure is hosted and operated within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless an appropriate safeguard under applicable data-protection law is in place. See our Privacy Policy.
Who is behind The Easy Way Hosting?
We are a Dutch company based in Tilburg, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK 42080644). Our agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Can you help us migrate existing workloads?
Yes. We plan migrations together with your team, map dependencies up front and schedule cut-overs to minimise downtime.
How does support work?
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET. Critical incidents are handled 24/7. Response times and maintenance windows are defined in your Service Level Agreement.
What uptime do you guarantee?
Our standard SLA targets 99.9% availability. Exact availability targets, support response times and maintenance windows are set out in the SLA that is part of your agreement.
How does billing work?
Fees are set out in your order. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Where the reverse-charge mechanism applies, VAT is accounted for by you as the recipient.
